One of the early Max-Well dogs, William Penn was a red dog born in 1976. He had 3 littermates, one of which earned her championship. A later repeat breeding of William Penn produced a singleton which did not earn her championship. He had no half siblings on his sire's side and only three on his dam's side, one of which earned his title. He had excellent bone, a level topline and sound movement. He was bred and owned by Max-Well's Kennels, Barbara Miller and Suzann Bobley.
