Bred in 1937 with an inbreeding coefficient of 17% Ponto was a singleton puppy with 4 full siblings and though he earned his championship as the 6th recorded champion in the breed, none of his full siblings enjoyed that accomplishment, nor did any of the 7 half siblings on his dam's side. He had no half siblings on his sire's side. Note the mixed ear carriage in this pedigree.
