Historical Pedigree: Vim

Bred in 1935 by W.E. West of England and owned by Mrs. Alice T. McLean, Vim had an inbreeding coefficient of only 3.1%. She had two non-champion littermates and no full siblings. She had no champions among the 58 half siblings on her sire's side but did have one half sibling champion on her dam's side. She was bred only twice producing 4 offspring, one of which completed his title. Vim was one of the earliest black and tan drop eared Norwich registered in the US, so that Eng. Ch. Farndon Red Dog and Vixen must both have carried that gene.
